Welcome to Beal Wellness Telemedicine Services!
To ensure a smooth and effective telemedicine experience,
we kindly request our patients to adhere to the following guidelines:
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule your telemedicine appointments just as you would for an in-office visit. You can book online or call our front desk.
Quiet and Private Space
Choose a quiet, well-lit, and private area for your appointment to ensure confidentiality and effective communication.
Identification
Have a valid ID ready for verification purposes at the start of your session.
Preparation
Keep a list of your current medications, recent health changes, and any questions or concerns you might have ready to discuss.
Emergency Protocol
Telemedicine is not suitable for emergency situations. In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Technical Issues
If you have any problems logging on, you can call or text our office for assistance.
Technology Check
Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. The Zoom app must be downloaded and installed on your device with video and camera access. Test your device before the appointment.
Timeliness
Log in to your telemedicine session 5-10 minutes early to address any technical issues and be ready for your appointment time.
Location Requirement
You must be within the state where our providers are licensed during your telemedicine appointment.
Recording Policy
Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
Feedback
After your session, we appreciate your feedback to continuously improve our services.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help us ensure a secure, effective, and efficient telemedicine experience.
