The group provides a safe space to explore emotions, develop stronger self-awareness, and gain insights from peers who are on a similar journey.

How to Register

To register for any of our group therapy sessions, please click below to secure your spot. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Each session is $30, and insurance typically covers the cost.

No-Show Fee
A $15 no-show fee applies if you register but do not attend a session. Please note, insurance does not cover the no-show fee.
