All participants will receive a free e-copy of the book to follow along during the sessions!.
Anger Management Group Therapy

This group follows SAMHSA’s Anger Management program, equipping participants with evidence-based strategies to better understand and manage their anger. Join Jackie Martin to gain insights into your emotional responses and develop healthier ways to cope.
The Support Circle: Share, Vent, and Connect

Open To: Anyone seeking a space to talk, listen, and receive support from peers.
This process group provides a safe space for clients to discuss the highs and lows of their week and receive feedback from peers. Facilitated by Amira Johnson, participants will also receive coping strategies aligned with their unique needs. This group runs for 8 consecutive weeks.
Managing Hallucinations Group Therapy

Breaking Free from Codependency: Recovery Group

In this supportive and nurturing environment, participants will learn to build healthy boundaries, foster self-esteem, and reclaim their independence. The group provides a safe space to explore emotions, develop stronger self-awareness, and gain insights from peers who are on a similar journey.

To register for any of our group therapy sessions, please click below to secure your spot. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Each session is $30, and insurance typically covers the cost.
No-Show Fee
A $15 no-show fee applies if you register but do not attend a session. Please note, insurance does not cover the no-show fee.
