Open Group Therapy

Open To: Anyone seeking support and personal growth
This open group therapy session is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible and supportive group environment without a long-term commitment. Join us to share and receive support on your personal journey.

Healthy Relationships

Facilitator: Mary Pierce
Location: Zoom
Day & Time: Wednesdays, 5pm
Dates: September 17th - November 12th
Open To: Adults who want to improve their relationship patterns, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate deeper connection and compassion in their personal and interpersonal lives.
An 8-week therapy group focused on building healthier, more fulfilling relationships through self-awareness, communication skills, emotional regulation, and trust, guided by the principles in How to Be an Adult in Relationships by David Richo.

Stress Management

Facilitator: Jackie Martin
Location: Zoom
Day & Time: Thursdays, 12pm
Dates: September 18th - November 13th
Open To: Adults experiencing ongoing stress who want to gain practical strategies for managing challenges, improving self-care, and building resilience in a supportive group setting.
An 8-week stress management group designed to help participants understand their stress triggers, build healthier coping skills, and develop practical tools such as mindfulness, cognitive reframing, and relaxation techniques to improve daily well-being.

Grief and Loss

Facilitator: Robyn James
Location: Zoom
Day & Time: Wednesdays, 5pm
Dates: September 17th - November 12th
Open To: Someone who is navigating the loss of a loved one or a significant life change, seeking a safe and compassionate space to share their story, connect with others, and develop tools for managing the emotional, mental, and physical effects of grief.
An 8-week supportive group that helps individuals understand and process grief by exploring its emotional, psychological, and social impacts while learning coping strategies and healing through shared experiences.

Veterans Support Group

Facilitator: Dr. Beal
Location: In-person at our clinic
Day & Time: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month of 4pm

Open To: Veterans seeking support and camaraderie

Women's Support Group

Facilitator: Kai-McKenzie Harris
Location: Zoom
Day & Time: Mondays, 4pm
Dates: September 15th - November 10th
Open To: Women seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and stronger connections with themselves and others, who are open to reflection, sharing, and trying new coping strategies.
This 8-week group provides a supportive space for women to explore self-identity, build emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, set boundaries, and foster healing and empowerment.

Managing Anxiety

Facilitator: Atana Gilbert
Location: Zoom
Day & Time: Wednesdays, 12pm
Dates: September 17th - November 12th
Open To: Adults experiencing anxiety who are motivated to learn coping skills, actively engage in group discussions, and practice techniques between sessions.
This 8-week group is designed to help individuals understand, manage, and reduce anxiety through practical tools such as relaxation techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management practices.
